Youth Talent Development & Academic Partnerships
YOUTH & ACADEMIA01

Youth Talent Development & Academic Partnerships

BigData Ghana is deeply committed to developing young talent and bridging the gap between academia and the technology sector in Ghana. We actively provide technical mentorship, practical learning opportunities, and employment pathways for recent graduates.

  • We maintain strong internship and partnership programmes with esteemed institutions, including Academic City University College, Ashesi University, the University of Ghana, Blossom Academy, OpenLabs, ATAN, and Ghana Telecom University.
  • As part of our core talent pipeline, we routinely bring recent graduates on board, equipping them with hands-on, real-world experience in data analytics, GIS, and cloud computing.
Environmental Responsibility & Green Digital Practices
ENVIRONMENT02

Environmental Responsibility & Green Digital Practices

We embrace technology to actively reduce our environmental footprint and promote sustainability.

  • BigData Ghana has transitioned its technical operations to cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). This significantly enhances our energy efficiency, as AWS data centers operate using up to 100% renewable energy and offer optimized server workloads.
  • By leveraging AWS's low-carbon cloud, we support global net-zero emissions goals and reduce our reliance on high-energy physical infrastructure.
  • We actively introduce our project partners, local businesses, and community members to the benefits of sustainable cloud computing, supporting a greener tech ecosystem across Ghana.
Workplace Health, Safety & Emergency Preparedness
